Warehouse Operations
Manage daily workflow, staging prep, and outbound loadouts.
Maintain a clean, organized, production-ready warehouse.
Drive safe lifting, loading, tool use, and PPE compliance.
Oversee wraps, protection, repairs, and damage-prevention methods.
Coordinate efficient truck loading and route sequencing.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate counts, labeling, and storage systems.
Oversee receiving, assembly, and integration of new inventory.
Identify inventory gaps and propose sourcing solutions.
Ensure clean returns of assets with no damage or loss.
Field Execution
Support the design team by running smooth, timely install/de stage operations.
Troubleshoot on-site issues with calm, clear decision-making.
Ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Protect client property and Decorus assets at all times.
People & Process
Provide reporting and proactive communication.
Train, onboard, and support logistics team members.
Lead by example in productivity, attitude, and pace.
Remove obstacles from leaderships plate not add to them.

3+ years logistics, warehouse, or field operations leadership
Strong understanding of warehouse flow, safety, and inventory systems
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks safely

Clean driving record + confidence operating vans/box trucks
Strong communication, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience hiring or training team members a plus
