Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless spa experience from arrival to departureManage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations using spa booking softwareAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availabilityProcess payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate recordsPromote and upsell spa services, memberships, and retail productsCoordinate with estheticians, massage therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and tranquil front desk and reception areaRequirements:
Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred; spa or hospitality experience a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearanceProficiency with scheduling or point-of-sale software; ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidaysA genuine passion for wellness, beauty, and delivering exceptional guest experiencesAbout Us:
