    INTRODUCTION TO ROLE


    Get a great tan this summer operating a Beach Stand. Assist guests with setting up beach chairs and umbrellas for a perfect beach day. You must be outgoing, energetic, and have a terrific attitude. You must enjoy working outdoors for long periods of time. You will collect, maintain, organize, and clean beach stand equipment (beach chairs and umbrellas). Flexible schedule

    Works closely with the GM, Chief Engineer and Maintenance Team:Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain property grounds, equipment, fixtures, or mechanicsResponds to management, staff, and resident maintenance requests and quickly execute the performance of requestsPerform inspections of all cottages, buildings, and common areasMaintains tools and maintenance equipment to ensure they are in good working order; keeps maintenance room in neat conditionPerforms basic plumbing, such as changing out faucets, replacing toilets, replacing sinks, and unclogging drains and toiletsMaintain all maintenance logs, work orders, and any other paperwork as needed.Assist in preparing vacant rooms for new guests, including carpentry work, drywall, painting, staining, and other necessary repairs and improvements.Ensure the property is clean, orderly, well-manicured, and guest-ready.Performs other duties as assignedProvides regular and reliable attendance

    Seeking a High school diploma or GED equivalent in related fields

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day and spending a good part of their shift outdoors. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times, you may be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as you would with your normal job duties.
