Job Description:We are seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Direct Care Worker. This role focuses on enhancing the physical and mental well-being of individuals with special needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive and safe living environment, monitoring progress, and reporting on individual achievements.
Locations: Fort GratiotShifts: Full-time and part-time positions available, ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. Shifts vary and include afternoons, midnights, and weekends.
Rate of Pay: $17.13 to $21.54 per hour, including State of MI premium pay, based on relevant experience and education.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAcceptable criminal record check and drug screenEighteen (18) years of age or olderPossess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes.
