About the Role:
We’re looking for a Server / Bartender to join our team in a cross-functional front-of-house role. This is a single position designed for someone who is comfortable working both the floor and the bar, depending on business needs.
In this role, you’ll create an exceptional guest experience whether you’re serving tables, crafting cocktails, or helping support service wherever the team needs you most. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with guests, and is excited to be flexible across both positions.
What You’ll Do:
Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests throughout their dining experienceTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standardsMaintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, beer, wine, and featured specialsWork both server and bartender shifts based on scheduling and business needsDeliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent guest interactionProcess payments and handle POS transactions accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, service stations, and dining roomCollaborate closely with the front-of-house team to support smooth serviceFollow all alcohol service and safety guidelinesAbout You:
