Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our team of technicians and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on plumbing experience, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of warranty procedures, billing, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of residential plumbing technicians.Coordinate and manage service calls specifically related to home warranty claims.Communicate with home warranty representatives, homeowners, and technicians to ensure smooth job flow and compliance.Train and mentor plumbing staff on warranty procedures, job documentation, and customer service best practices.Handle escalated customer concerns and warranty claim disputes.Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and technician productivity.Requirements:
3+ years of experience with residential plumbingExperience with performing service calls for home warranty companies.Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a plumbing service environment.Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs.Familiarity with warranty claim documentation, approval processes, and billing requirements.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficient with job management software and mobile dispatch platforms.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Able to pass a full-panel drug screening.What We Offer:

You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs.
Qualifications and Duties include, but not limited to:
· Troubleshoot, Identify and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment (Valves, toilets, water heaters, etc.).
· Installation of Water Heaters and Garbage Disposals.
· Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
· Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
· Keep your truck inventory up to date.
· Properly complete paperwork.
· Join the on-call rotation.
· Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
· Have and maintain a clean driving record.
· Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
· Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this

Experience:
· Plumbing: 3 years (Preferred)
· Previous on the job training a plus
· Must hold state driver’s license
· Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
