    Nurse Practitioner: Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are advanced practice registered nurses who provide high-quality, comprehensive, and patient-centered care, often acting as primary or specialty care providers. They possess the authority to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications. Key duties include conducting physical exams, developing treatment plans, and focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    Patient Assessment: Taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations.Diagnosis and Treatment: Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, lab work) and treating acute/chronic conditions like infections and injuries.Prescribing: Managing and prescribing medications and therapies.Counseling: Providing health education to patients and families regarding lifestyle, disease prevention, and wellness.Collaboration: Working independently or in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Education: A Master’s or Doctorate degree in nursing is required.Certification: Must be licensed as a registered nurse (RN) and certified by a national board (e.g., AANP, ANCC).Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for patient counseling and team collaboration.Critical Thinking: Ability to make fast, sound clinical decisions.

    The Candidate must have 1 -2 years of experience as Telephone OperatorThe Candidate must be able to assume the responsibility for placing a variety of special long distance calls (e.g. conference calls, collect calls, appointment calls) over varied circuits or routings, or performing information operator work, which requires knowledge of the organizational units and major functions of a large multi-division organization.The Candidate must have the ability to meet and deal with people from a variety of backgrounds with varying levels of understanding, work under pressure and stressful conditions and adapt to changing work conditions.

    POSITION OVERVIEW
