The Compliance Manager supports the Compliance Department to effectively manage operations and achieve corporate goals. The company specializes in the administration and management of dental benefits and programs, including claims, utilization review, provider

1. Compliance Subject Matter Expert

2. Compliance Program Administrator

3. Regulatory Reporting

4. Audits – Oversight
• Serve as the primary liaison for external audits initiated by regulators or health plans.
• Oversee internal and external audit management processes to ensure preparedness and responsiveness.
• Own and maintain documentation required for audit purposes and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage audit findings and follow-through on closure of corrective actions.
5. Regulatory / Operational Quality
• Oversee and manage client CAP (Corrective Action Plans), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and Incident Management processes.
• Supervise operational quality execution, trend analysis, and reporting to leadership and clients.
• Lead the Quality Committee and oversee coordination, agenda planning, and documentation.
6. Oversight and Supervision Responsibilities
• Supervise compliance analysts or related personnel, providing oversight, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Supervise the Operations Quality Specialists to ensure alignment with compliance goals.
• Assist in the resolution of potential compliance issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Claims, Legal, and IT teams to implement best practices in compliance oversight.
• Promote a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance throughout the organization.Requirements Educational and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Law, Public Policy, Business, or a related field.
• Certification (e.g., CHC, CCEP) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or auditing, preferably in claims or dental adjudication.
• Strong understanding and experience of CMS regulations, Quality Standards, HIPAA, and Puerto Rico-specific healthcare lawSpecial Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Receive orders from cargo to enter and monitor cargo tanks. Drain tanks and filters. Fill fuel into tankers arriving at the Terminal, in a fast and safe manner, by means of the loading equipment. Seal the upper inlets of the tank and the discharge valves of the same, in order to secure the load to the customer. Comply with all safety measures of the Terminal at all times.2. Revise and fill in all documentation required for filling trucks, verifying with the driver the product (s) to be loaded as well as the volume(s) of the same. Fill cards loaded with API, temperature and time of loading. Revise tankers before filling and report any pertinent situations.3. Maintain a clean work area at all times. Provide maintenance services to the loading equipment and execution of the preventive maintenance program of the Terminal, without interfering with the daily filling of trucks (valves and pipes).
