    The pay range is $30.00–$40.00 per hour (based on experience). Most of the work will be paid at the prevailing wage rate.

    The typical start time for this position is 6:00 AM and shifts generally range from 8 to 12 hours, Monday through Friday. Overtime should be expected as part of the regular work schedule.

    This is a full-time position based in the Hartford, CT area, with work performed throughout the New England territory.

    We are currently seeking a Pipeline Video Assistant Operator-Laborer to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Pipeline Video Assistant Operator, you will be responsible for assisting the Truck Operators and CCTV inspection operators with setup at the job site and supporting them throughout the job, which may include driving a support vehicle with equipment. The Laborer will also work effectively with supervisors and peers in the successful rehabilitation and repair of a variety of sewer and storm water lines. This position requires working with minimal oversite while still adhering to instructions closely.

    The starting pay is $20.00 per hour and may increase based on industry experience.

The CIPP Lateral Construction Superintendent is responsible for the direct supervision and management of a crew of 3-4 employees in an assigned area. You’ll supervise the operation and maintenance of equipment and evaluate work areas to determine the type of work required and materials to be used. This position will recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.

    Starting pay is $28.00-$35.00 per hour dependent upon experience. With enough experience, you may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate or salary. You will also receive a Company Vehicle and Quarterly Incentive Program.

Safely enter and perform work in confined spaces, including sewer manholes and pipelines, while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Carry out physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments, often in varying and sometimes challenging weather conditions. Consistently follow established safety practices in alignment with company policies and industry regulations to promote a safe and compliant work environment. Collaborate closely with your crew leader and team members to complete daily assignments effectively, maintain productivity, and contribute to smooth on-site operations. What We Need:Valid driver’s license required Must possess a Class A CDL license and be aligned with BLD’s motor vehicle standards Previous construction experience is highly preferredAbility to work in confined spaces and physically demanding environments Reliable, punctual, and willing to work 50–60 hours per weekMust be able to commute to and from the Hartford, CT officeAbility to travel weekly throughout the New England territory and be out of town overnight Additional Information:Military veterans are encouraged to apply This is a field-based position; remote work is not available
