We're a design build firm based in Amesbury, MA, focused on high quality remodels, additions, and new construction across the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire. Our projects are thoughtful, well designed, and built to a high standard and we're looking for someone who works the same way.

The Role
You'll work alongside the lead carpenter and team to support projects from start to finish, staying hands on in all aspects of the build.
Responsibilities include:
Project Setup and Support
Assist with job site setup and protectionHelp organize materials, tools, and daily workflowConstruction
Perform rough and finish carpentry tasksMeasure, cut, and assemble materials accuratelyInstall framing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, trim, drywall, cabinetry, and moreRead and follow construction drawings and plansMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteWork collaboratively with the team to keep projects on scheduleProject Closeout
Assist with final cleanup and project completionWhat We're Looking For
2+ years of carpentry or construction experienceBasic ability to read plans and take accurate measurementsComfortable using hand and power tools safelyReliable, consistent, and shows up ready to workWillingness to learn and improve skillsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work well with othersExperience in residential remodeling or high end work is a plus.Compensation and Benefits

You'll lead projects onsite from mobilization through completion, managing a 1-2 person crew while staying hands on in the work.
Responsibilities include:
Project Hand Off and Setup
Review scope with sales, estimating, and project managementCoordinate and delegate pre construction tasksMobilize and properly protect the job siteProject Execution
Lead, direct, and work alongside your crewRead and interpret plans accuratelyMaintain tools, equipment, and jobsite organizationPerform and oversee installation of framing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, trim, drywall, cabinetry, and moreCommunicate regularly with clients and project managersKeep the job moving efficiently and on scheduleProject Closeout
Ensure proper cleanup and professional project completionWhat We're Looking For
6+ years of carpentry experience2+ years leading a crew or running jobsStrong skills in both rough and finish carpentryAbility to run a job independently without constant directionSolid understanding of residential construction practices and materialsProfessional, respectful communication with clients and team membersOrganized, reliable, and self motivatedComfortable with physical work and reading plansExperience with high end residential work on the North Shore is a big plus.Compensation and Benefits
