    This opportunity is for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services in school settings across the Baltimore area, MD. These contract roles require on-site work supporting students from preschool through middle school within community preschool locations and various elementary and middle schools.

    Responsibilities include:

    Delivering speech and language therapy services to students ranging from preschool age to middle school.Covering itinerant assignments in community preschools five days per week.Providing therapy at Magnolia Elementary (3 days/week) and Prospect Mill Elementary (2 days/week).Supporting students at Aberdeen Middle School and supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for secondary-level services.Collaborating with school staff to track student progress and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

    Qualifications and experience:

    Current, active Maryland Professional Licensure for Speech Language Pathologists.Compliance with House Bill 486, including district background checks, fingerprinting, and employment history review.Experience levels from entry-level through 10+ years are welcome.Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday) or part-time (30 hours/week, Monday-Thursday, with potential for 5-day schedule).Strong communication skills and commitment to student success.

    This contract covers multiple schedules beginning January through June 2026, with potential extensions into summer services. Positions are based on-site in the Baltimore area, requiring flexibility to support multiple locations.
