    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Design and Detail assigned projects, in collaboration with engineering, and shop needs.Submit drawings to lead engineers and/or team leads for review prior to release.Maintain BOM and part information within the ERP system.Detail in accordance with BCT drawing guidelines and SOP's.Develop drawings for ease of assembly and installation.Ability to program PLC and HMIs - include shop testing (preferred)Hold self accountable to meeting timelines for production releases.Assist in communication and documentation of daily project status and release dates.Helps drive and support BCT's Culture and Core ValuesQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     General DescriptionUnder the direction of the Service Manager, the Field Service Electrician will provide electrical and technical service to customers including inspections, maintenance, service, repairs, rebuilds, electrical troubleshooting, and upgrades to all types of Blast equipment. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Layout and install wiring circuits in conformance with established codes.Ensure safe working practices, especially with electrical work.Read and interpret electrical schematics to wire machines and panels.Complete conduit bending, EMT, IMC, and RMC.Troubleshoot electrical issues in house and in the field on all new and used equipment.Installation and start-up of new equipment.Provide inspections and follow-up reports, including the completion of all documentation in a timely manner. Responsible for expense reporting weekly.Support the Sales staff and act as a resource for new product offerings.Provide training to customers on equipment.Ability to travel 80% of the week, mostly driving, including overnight.Ability to work extremely flexible hours and weekends as required to support the customer.Helps drive and support BCT’s Culture and Core Values. Take direction from a lead or leader on assigned daily tasks. 8. Determine what proper tools and machinery are required to complete the production schedule. 9. Complete a final inspection of all parts so that they meet the quality standard. 10. Complete required monthly safety training. 11. Complete required PMs on department machinery. 12.     General DescriptionUnder the direction of the Electrical Manager, the Maintenance Assistant will Perform duties to support the buildings & grounds and installation of equipment and overall operation of BCT's facility.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Perform general maintenance on office and shop areas of building, to include doors, closures, scrubbers, sweeping machines, garbage, light machine repair, painting, basic carpentry, etc.Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance according to procedures on forklifts, scissors lifts, floor scrubbers and other building system equipment. Basic electrical repairs to ensure minimal downtime of equipment will also be expected.Monitor inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies, reordering as needed.Perform all recycling activities for paper and cardboard according to procedures.Assist other shop departments such as Assembly, Shipping and Receiving, Quality, and Paint with tasks as needed.Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.Clean shop areas as requested.Complete special projects as assigned.Other duties as assigned.Help support BCT's core values.

    General DescriptionUnder the direction of the Electrical Manager, the Equipment Maintenance Tech will be instrumental in maintaining all BCT assets and equipment with the support of the Equipment Maintenance Lead. The generation and completion of equipment and machinery p.m.’s while maintaining a safe working atmosphere is a priority. The Equipment Maintenance Tech must be willing to be assist with the scheduling and help perform preventative maintenance on BCT equipment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Under direction of Equipment Lead, perform operations for the maintenance department to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production.Ensure focus on safety when completing all tasks.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.Follow and maintain an effective machinery maintenance program, including preventative maintenance and critical component inventory. IE Tool crib.Analyze equipment or machine problems, quality problems and production delays, expediting repairs and / or corrective actions to minimize downtime and work schedule interruption.Utilize and manage outside vendors, consultants, and sub-contractors in conjunction with engineering and purchasing departments to supplement company resources when required.Work closely with production control and manufacturing departments to schedule maintenance and / or repairs at appropriate times.Develop and complete maintenance and routine tasks to ensure functional operation and reliability of BCT assets both moveable and fixed.Develop and maintain P.M. logs on fixed and moveable equipment.Operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, etc.Helps drive and support BCT’s Culture and Core Values.     About the Role:The Certified Millwright plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within our facilities. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical systems, which are essential for our production processes.     Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Set up/ design fixturing for machine operations needed to complete part.Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.Perform all required maintenance for machines.Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.Adjust machine feed and speed, change cutting tools.Stop machines to remove finished work pieces, or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequencesCalculate machine speed and feed ratios, and the size and position of cuts.Helps drive and support BCT’s Culture and Core Values.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Foundry Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all foundry equipment and machinery, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly will be critical to the success of our foundry operations. You will work closely with other maintenance technicians and production staff to ensure that all equipment is operating at peak efficiency, and that any issues are addressed promptly.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance on all foundry equipment and machinery.Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with equipment or machinery.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.Perform a variety of duties which includes installation and maintenance of equipment, physical structures, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the manufacturing plant and office.Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production staff to ensure efficient operation of the foundry.Complete maintenance and routine tasks to ensure functional operation and reliability of BCT assets both moveable and fixed assets including forklifts, overhead cranes, mobile elevated working platforms (MEWP).Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.Perform first call service and equipment repair on the production floor.Perform and maintain P.M. logs on fixed and moveable equipment.Helps drive and support BCT’s Culture and Core Values.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
