Job Title: Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Manager Job Type/Location: Full-time in-person at our Houston Texas ASC Company: Bladder manage pain control and patient education. Ensure proper documentation and coordination with multidisciplinary team members. Other duties as assigned Managerial Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all nursing and clinical support staff within the ASC. Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating clinical personnel. Manage staff scheduling, time-off coordination, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted operations. Serve as a liaison between providers, administrators, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care and workflow. Monitor and improve quality control measures and ensure adherence to infection control protocols. Maintain compliance with AAAHC, CMS, state, and federal guidelines. Manage supply inventory and coordinate with the administrative team on purchasing and budgeting needs. Participate in regular leadership meetings and provide insight into staffing, clinical operations, and process improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license). BLS and ACLS certification (required). Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. Previous experience in a surgical setting, preferably in an ASC environment. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain composure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment: Requires standing, walking, lifting patients, and assisting with equipment. Must be able to work flexible hours based on surgical schedules and operational needs.
