We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing / Director of Health & Wellness to lead clinical operations at Masonic Homes within a resident-centered Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Personal Care community in Louisville, KY. This is an opportunity for a Director of Nursing / Director of Health & Wellness who is passionate about elevating resident experience, supporting team development, and building a culture of exceptional care.
What You'll Do:
• Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical and wellness services across the community
• Support and develop nursing staff, caregivers, and clinical leaders through mentorship and coaching
• Partner with executive leadership to drive resident satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Lead resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote individualized resident care
• Foster a culture centered on compassion, engagement, and clinical excellence
What We're Looking For:
• Active RN or LPN license (or eligible for licensure) in Kentucky
• Previous leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Director of Health & Wellness, Health Services Director, or similar clinical leadership role
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Personal Care, or Senior Living preferred
• Strong understanding of resident-centered care models and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead teams, build culture, and drive positive outcomes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
