Blackmon Power, LLC, a subsidiary of Blackmon Service, Inc., serves both Carolinas as a full-service Electrical and Testing Contractor. While specializing in data centers and critical environments, we provide our services for various customers throughout the region. We offer and self-perform a wide variety of power testing services including circuit breaker and relay testing, thermal imaging, Arc-Flash studies, commissioning, switchgear maintenance and acceptance testing.
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager. This is a full-time position with benefits including base salary plus performance bonuses. The job is in-office but flexible for remote work as needed. The candidate must be able to work from our Charlotte, NC location.
Job Functions
Maintain existing customer base and lead efforts to acquire new projects and customers.Schedule and manage current field staff and additions as needed.Estimate projects.Generate customer proposalsPerform site visits to verify existing conditions and meet with customersRepresent the company at tradeshows and eventsGenerate MOPs (Methods of Procedure)Other similar items as needed.Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Technical aptitude with knowledge of electrical components and systems is requiredStrong attention to detailOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite requiredMinimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years in the electrical construction industry is required.Experience managing field teams required.Experience working in an office environment is preferredOur Benefits
