This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for current residents, prospective residents, and new move-ins! We need YOU to help our team create a space people will LOVE!Responsibilities: • Cleaning vacant apartments after move-outs once units are prepared and ready for turnover • Maintaining common areas on a rotating schedule, including stairwells, hallways, amenities, leasing office, entryways, and other shared spaces br/ br/ • Ensuring all surfaces, floors, and high-traffic areas are consistently clean and presentable br/ br/ • Reporting any maintenance issues or property concerns br/ br/ • Following cleaning checklists and completing tasks efficiently and thoroughlyIdeal candidates: Do you take pride in quality work and have great attention to detail?
