A fast-growing IT managed services provider is looking for a sales closer who knows what it takes to win complex, consultative deals. This isn't a transactional role it's for someone who loves the hunt, knows how to build trust over a long sales cycle, and wants to grow into a sales leadership seat as the company scales.

$150,000$180,000 base + commission + equity
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close you're the hunter, the relationship builder, and the closerBuild and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the NYC metro areaSell managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions to business decision-makersDevelop deep knowledge of prospects' environments to position solutions that actually solve problemsCollaborate with technical teams to craft proposals and respond to RFPsHit and exceed revenue targets, with a clear path to building and leading a sales team
Qualifications:
4+ years of B2B sales experience selling services (not products) with a long sales cycleProven track record of closing deals and consistently hitting quotaComfortable selling to C-suite and IT decision-makersStrong pipeline discipline you know your numbers and manage your CRM religiouslyNYC-based and excited to be in-office in Brooklyn
Nice to have:
Experience in IT, MSP, cybersecurity, or tech servicesFamiliarity with platforms like ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar MSP toolsPrior experience mentoring junior reps
