Black Label Diamonds is a rapidly growing live-commerce business specializing in loose lab-grown diamonds. We sell through high-energy live online shows and are currently building our local fulfillment team as we expand operations in the Nashville/Mount Juliet area.
We’re looking for sharp, dependable, detail-oriented people who can work efficiently while maintaining a very high level of accuracy. This is not a traditional warehouse job. Our products are small, valuable, and require careful handling. Some of the diamonds we work with are only a few millimeters in size, so organization, concentration, fine-motor dexterity, and attention to detail are extremely important.
Pay: $30/hour
Location: Nashville / Mount Juliet area
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site
Schedule: Consistent weekly scheduling with some Saturday's required.
What You’ll Do
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll help take customer orders from our live shows through the complete fulfillment process. Responsibilities include:
Preparing diamond cases and packaging materialsHandling, counting, and organizing loose lab-grown diamondsMatching the correct diamonds and quantities to customer ordersPackaging and independently verifying completed ordersPreparing shipments and shipping labelsMaintaining organized inventory and workstationsIdentifying discrepancies before orders leave our facilityFollowing structured procedures designed to prevent lost, mixed-up, or incorrect ordersHelping the team develop faster and more efficient workflows as we growWho We’re Looking For
Previous diamond or jewelry experience is not required. We can teach the technical process. What matters most is how you work.

What the Job Is Like
A typical fulfillment day involves processing a large number of individual customer orders containing diamonds of different sizes and quantities. You’ll work through an organized system for preparing cases, handling diamonds, matching orders, verifying contents, packaging, and preparing shipments.
Some of the work is repetitive and requires sustained concentration. Accuracy is extremely important, because even a small mistake can result in the wrong customer receiving the wrong order.
At the same time, we operate at significant volume, so efficiency matters. We’re looking for people who can develop a strong rhythm and become both fast and exceptionally accurate.
