In this role, you will independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and overall service quality. Pay potential: $30 per hour.

    Key Objectives: 

    Lead complex diagnostics and repairs to ensure timely and accurate service on a wide range of RV makes and models. Support service department performance by mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality work environment. Maintain a high standard of workmanship that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes repeat business.

    Responsibilities: 

    Inspect units for customer sales Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation Diagnose and repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural componentsInstall aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awningsComplete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer deliveryMaintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time trackingProvide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level techniciansEnsure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standardsKeep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials

    What you’ll bring:
