    Bishop & Company is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator / Administrative Assistant for a W2 contract opportunity with a major Honolulu-based organization.     Position Overview
    This role provides high-level administrative support, executive support, and office coordination to division leadership. The Administrative Coordinator will manage calendar scheduling, procurement processes, invoice processing, contract documentation, and a variety of operational functions while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
    Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and executive support including calendar management and meeting coordinationPrepare and process:Purchase requisitions, procurement documents, and contractsAccounts payable support, invoice processing, and payment trackingMaintain office operations, including:Office management, supply ordering, and expense reconciliationDocument management, records management, and filing systemsIT equipment tracking and coordinationHandle confidential information, sensitive communications, and internal documentation (e.g., RFAs)Provide customer service and client support (in-person and virtual)Assist with project coordination, administrative projects, and cross-functional supportRequired QualificationsAssociate’s degreeMinimum 5+ years of administrative experience, administrative support, or office management experienceFamiliarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Adobe AcrobatProven ability to handle confidential and sensitive informationStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing tasksStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience supporting procurement, finance, or operations teamsProficiency with:Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)General business systems and databasesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ApplicationsExperience with Workday (HRIS, finance, or procurement systems)Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and systems What We’re Looking ForDetail-oriented, organized, and reliable professionalStrong communicator with excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter who can work independently and collaborativelyAdaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
