The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Principal and all of his companies and associated staff. This position will assist in all aspects of the principals organization’s daily operations, including scheduling, personal support, and administrative duties. The Exec Admin Assistant will work closely with the Principal to ensure the smooth running of all of his organizations.
The principal is looking for the following qualities in a candidate:

Basic Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule AppointmentsArranging meetingsAttend meetings, take notes and prepare meeting summariesFollow up on action items in meetingsConduct Research or subjects given to you by the PrincipalPlan Travel Arrangements and Make ReservationsParty and Event PlanningPreparing and editing correspondence and reportsRelationship managementOversee and Manage employees / control communication (gatekeeper)Make day-to-day decisions in the interest of the PrincipalRun Errands (dry cleaning, shipping, making sure preventative maintenance is done)Picking up meals or coffeeDo Personal and Grocery ShoppingPersonal DriverMeal Preparation (either cooked or brought in)Light HousekeepingOversee Household Maintenance and UpkeepFilter Phone CallsPay BillsLight BookkeepingManage Emails and Correspondence
Qualifications:
Complete Confidentiality and IntegritySubject to Full Background Check, Screenings, and other checksMust be highly-organizedFriendly and SociableProblem-solverExcellent communicatorAdvanced negotiation skillsAvailability to travel if needed (with all travel expenses paid)Must have a minimum of 3 (three) years previous experience working in a professional office environment as a personal assistant or administrative assistant experience.
