    As the VP of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems, you will oversee the design, process, implementation, and administration of all Global Compensation, Benefits and HR Information Systems (HRIS) programs. In this role, you will establish and manage teams of qualified professionals to establish, consolidate, review, and administer Global Compensation programs including base salary, annual cash incentive plans, and long-term incentive programs including Restricted Stock Units and Global Stock Program. You will also monitor and administer statutory and non-statutory health and welfare and retirement benefits programs in the U.S. and globally, as well as other benefits and perquisites as required based on local practice. You will work with C-suite Executives and the Board Compensation Committee to oversee, define policy and procedures, administer and report on executive salary levels, bonus plan design, Global Stock Program design and levels and all other relevant programs. You will work closely with HR management to implement and communicate all pay-related programs and activities. You will also be responsible for the overall design and use of the SuccessFactors platform to effectively administer employee and pay-related data and communications. You will represent the HR and employee users in the use and effectiveness of the platform. You will also work closely with the IT department in its role as the technical owner and system administrator. How You'll Make An Impact: Manage the design, implementation and administration of direct pay Compensation programs including base salary, annual incentive programs (non-sales), and Global Stock Program. Oversee the creation of policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. Act as the Organization liaison for compensation matters to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Oversee the selection and usage of the HRIS platforms required to effectively administer and communicate HR programs, primarily via the SuccessFactors Employee Central platform. This also includes the use and management of specific-use systems for U.S. and local benefits plans and special use programs (e.g. Workterra, Payscale, ClearPass, PowerBI, etc.) Oversee and manage global statutory and non-statutory benefits, pension plans, and perquisites. Seek to enhance Benefits offerings where feasible and ensure critical offerings and solutions are presented. Guide, manage, and coach individual compensation, benefits and systems professionals in the effective administration of management approved programs and systems. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. 10+ years relevant total rewards progressive leadership experience, especially involving expansive compensation accountability, including Executive C-Suite Leadership and the Board of Directors. PC Proficiency (Windows Office suite), with a working knowledge of HR systems including the SuccessFactors platforms. Advanced analytical and project management skills. Solid fundamental knowledge of Power BI reporting capabilities with the ability to both articulate analysis and drive for more expansive reporting. Exceptional tact and diplomacy.
