???? The Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
This role will play a vital role in supporting patient discharges by delivering and setting up CPAP devices, and ensuring each patient feels confident and cared for. It combines clinical skill, patient education, and mobile service to help individuals safely and smoothly transition from hospital to home.
???? What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent
Current Indiana LPN License in good standing
Excellent verbal communication and people skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Prior experience with DME or HME preferred
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with case managers to support timely discharges and get patients the equipment they need
Set up and calibrate CPAP and related respiratory devices, ensuring patient understanding and comfort
Deliver and explain medical equipment both in hospital settings and directly to patient homes
Answer questions about equipment, pricing, and insurance
Maintain accurate patient data, process insurance orders, and document in the EMR system
Serve as the link between hospitals and Binson’s—keeping communication flowing
Travel throughout Northern and Central Indiana using your own vehicle
Participate in bi-weekly on-call shifts to ensure patients receive care when they need it most

Registered or registry-eligible with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Indiana
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
A positive attitude and a genuine love for patient care
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Set up patients with PAP therapy and provide instruction on usage of the equipment
Set up and support ventilator supplies
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safety
Provide top-notch respiratory care in both home and retail settings
Conduct follow-up visits and check-ins with our oxygen therapy patients
Be the go-to for all things respiratory—whether it’s troubleshooting equipment or offering guidance
Recommend oral/tracheal hygiene and help manage trach care
On-call coverage to make sure no breath is left behind after hours
Work closely with patients, caregivers, and your amazing Binson’s teammates to ensure smooth care
Help verify insurance and coordinate financial details with patients
