    Bill Weychert State Farm is seeking a consultative, production-focused Financial Services Representative to support clients with life insurance, retirement planning, investment strategies, and long-term financial protection.

    This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who can build trusted client relationships, explain financial concepts clearly, and drive agency growth through meaningful financial conversations. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with strong earning potential tied to production.

    About the Role


    In this position, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to understand financial goals, identify protection needs, and recommend strategies that support long-term confidence and security.

    Licensing & Registration Requirements

    Required:
    Active Life & Health Insurance LicenseFINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, or equivalent registrationsStrongly Preferred:

    FINRA Series 65 licensePrior experience in financial services, investment sales, retirement planning, or life insurance
    Additional Requirement:

    Active Property & Casualty license preferredCandidates without Property & Casualty must be willing to obtain it with agency support
    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct financial reviews to understand client goals, risk tolerance, current protection, and long-term objectivesPresent investment products, retirement strategies, and wealth accumulation options tailored to client needsRecommend life insurance solutions that help protect families, businesses, income, and financial futuresGenerate new opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, existing clients, and proactive outreachBuild long-term client relationships through reviews, follow-up, proactive communication, and excellent serviceMaintain compliance with insurance, securities, and financial services regulationsAccurately document client interactions, recommendations, and follow-up activity
    Qualifications

    Proven success in financial services, investment sales, retirement planning, or life insurance salesStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly mannerGoal-oriented with a strong drive to grow production and revenueExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with strong organization and follow-up habits

    Licensing Requirement

    Role Overview


    As a Multiline Representative, you will play a key role in driving agency growth by building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying coverage needs, and recommending insurance solutions that protect families and businesses.
