Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment planAccurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans.Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the clientCollaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelinesPromptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitationParticipate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement'Schedule:
Day shiftMonday to FridayPay: Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Performance and experience considered.
