Key Accountabilities
Drive Store Revenue Owning sales results through supervising sales team in meeting and exceeding personal and team revenue, unit, and margin goals. Assist Store Manager in driving total revenue, trailer sales, service revenue, parts revenue & ancillary revenue. Special emphasis on trailer & truck bed sales.Customer Service Lead the team to foster an environment of accountability for customer service, owning customer review results. Actively lead the store team by personally demonstrating customer focus, recommending problem resolution, and building customer brand loyalty through exemplary service with a smile.Control Expenses Reinforce company directives, policies and procedures for inventory control, supply purchasing, labor, and other controllable expenses.Safety & Security Lead by example and ensure a safe & secure store environment for all employees, customers, and visitors. Monitor all safety equipment maintenance and see it is used as designed. Participate in training employees on safety policies and practices and enforces compliance.Inventory Maintain an ongoing analysis of trailer and truck bed inventory to assure the right levels are on order. Provide communication, to the staff, regarding inventory flow to the location.QualificationsRequired Education, Experience and Credentials High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Prior sales experience Valid Driver's License Supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience Associate's degree 3-5 years supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment 3-5 years of sales experience

Occasional using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly required to sit; stand, walk, occasionally required to climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, move over uneven surfaces. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Regular operation of computers, cash register, telephone, and printer/copier/scanner/fax. Regular operation of automobiles, tractors, forklifts, and other power equipment.
Work Hours This is a full-time position. Work week is Monday through Saturday (except company holidays). 40 hours per week or more.
Travel Regular local travel by vehicle. Limited overnight travel by vehicle or airplane and occasional overnight stay may be required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Answer sales callsAssist customers visiting DealershipQuote trailers for customersPrepare sales paperwork and deliver to office administration daily for invoicingCoordinate, organize and maintain the display and merchandising of the sales yardCoordinate, organize and properly display Parts DepartmentAssist in maintaining the general organization of the front office to create a friendly and professional appearanceProper handling of cash transactions and reporting to office administration and adhering to all policies and procedures referring to handling of cash and bank deposits.Position requires reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed at the company's current rate.Plan and execute outside sales calls to develop wholesale business (Landscape, Construction, Rental Companies) with Store Manager direction, input, and approvalAttend Trade Shows, Sale Barns, Co-ops, Veterinarians, Farm Expos, Tractor Pulls, etc. to help drive overall sales initiative of the DealershipAssist in completion of weekly inventory reportMaintain accurate and up to date order file lists for all trailer and parts sold at DealershipOther duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications
