    Job Overview: The Accounts Payable Account Representative is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate matching of invoices for inventory goods received by our warehouse. S/he reconciles unmatched invoices, unmatched receipts, post credit and debit memos and reconciles vendor statements to ensure their respective accounts remain current. The AP Account Representative is also responsible for addressing and resolving vendor inquiries and disputes timely, accurately and professionally, and when necessary, escalating them accordingly. Additionally, the AP Account Representative responds to inquiries from our internal business partners relating to his/her designated vendors. Essential Responsibilities: Process a high volume of invoices accurately and timely. Reconciles vendor statements against company records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Investigate and resolve issues related to invoices and payments. Research and resolve unmatched receipts and unmatched invoices. Communicating with vendors regarding payment status, invoice inquiries and discrepancies. Adherence to established AP policies and procedures. Provides follow-up to our internal business partners related to internal issues and inquires. Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Image Retrieval programs. Previous experience with a medium or large sized retail organization, is preferred. Advanced ability to investigate issues and answer inquiries. Excellent communication skills. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Familiarity and comfortability with technology. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.     Facilities Warehouse Security Supervisor Job Overview: The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment for their assigned shift. Acts as the onsite security lead, using professional judgement and independent decision-making to oversee all security operations during the shift. Core responsibilities include supervising in-house and third-party security, all matters related to physical security, asset protection, emergency and law enforcement response, de-escalation of stressful situations, and taking a concierge security approach for all departments operating within the fulfillment center. Essential Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention procedures. Act as front-line security to effectively monitor and protect company assets. Utilize CCTV to monitor activity and investigate losses Conduct periodic rounds of entire property including all departments, work areas, and parking lots. Identify and make recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices in partnership with Safety Manager. Complete monthly audits including but not limited to Hose locks, electronic device allowance and screening. Develop and maintain a working relationship with local law enforcement authorities. Control inhouse security staff responsibilities, assist in trainings and overall development. Enhance and support a working relationship with all departments in the fulfillment center. Capacity to remain calm in hostile or uncomfortable circumstances. Direct liaison with third party security guards for daily operations including, but not limited to, coordinating resources for open doors, escorts, responding to medical emergencies, and addressing any other activities requiring security assistance Additional Responsibilities: Occasionally weekends or nights As directed by the manager Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong knowledge of security protocols and surveillance systems. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Preserve a high level of confidentiality. Must be able to follow safety standards. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelines. Provide training on security policies and procedures. Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
