Position Overview
We are seeking independently licensed therapists to provide psychotherapy services on a part-time basis (Mondays and/or Saturdays).
This role is ideal for clinicians who want to supplement income, maintain flexibility, or reduce administrative burden while focusing fully on clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Biller to join our growing mental health agency in Las Vegas. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage billing processes independently.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health billing, insurance verification, and claims management, with a solid understanding of payer requirements and billing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Submit accurate and timely insurance claimsVerify patient insurance eligibility and benefitsCalculate and collect patient financial responsibilityPrepare and send patient statements and invoicesObtain referrals and pre-authorizations prior to servicesMonitor accounts receivable and record late paymentsFollow up on unpaid or denied claimsInvestigate and appeal claim denialsReview patient bills for accuracy and completenessMaintain billing systems, including payer IDs, rate updates, and reportingPrepare billing productivity and collection reportsRequired Qualifications
