    Overview:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic, client-first Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced agency. You will be the trusted point of contact for our policyholders, helping them navigate coverage;

    What You’ll Do:

    Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding their insurance policies.Shopping and provide quotes with explanation of benefits and coverage options.Process insurance policy changes and endorsements.Cross selling other insurance products that ensures adequate coverage and no risk gaps.Review policy renewals and advise clients on appropriate coverage levels.Help resolve billing questions and assist with basic claims intake.

     

    Your Experience:

    1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in an insurance agency setting.Strong communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach.Proficiency with insurance agency management software CRMs (e.g., EZLynx, AMS360).

    The position requires an experienced and highly organized person who is capable of multitasking between roles. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple priorities in a face paced work environment, remain calm under pressure, and consistently maintain a professional attitude and demeanor.

     

    Qualifications:

    A High School diploma or GED required; an associate degree in finance or business is a plus.Active Texas Property and Casualty and or Life and Health Insurance and better still General Lines license (Required).

     

    Typical Work Environment:

    FRONT DESK CSR WITH INSURANCE BUSINESS EXPERIENCE AND BILINGUAL

    Overview:

    Front Desk CSR & Administrative Assistance with strong background in office management. The

    job will require insurance experience, acting as the primary first contact with clients,

    managing front-office operations, scheduling, and bilingual communication (English & Spanish).

     

    We're looking for a professional CSR with customer service and administrative skills to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and to multitask across the array of financial multi-services we offer.



    The role involves managing and servicing calls, directing them to the relevant departments and people as needed, handling administrative duties for Insurance, Real Estate, Mortgage and Income Tax services and supporting agents.

     

    The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple priorities in a face paced work

    environment, remain calm under pressure, and consistently maintain a professional

    attitude and demeanor.

     

    Some of the tasks and work will involve assist with insurance policy questions, process payments

    while maintaining client confidentiality.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Front Office Management: Greet visitors, manage high-volume multi-phone lines, and maintain a professional, welcoming office atmosphere.Bilingual Communication: Provide seamless service to English and Spanish-speaking clients regarding insurance renewals, policies service & new business inquiries, or general billing needs. Must also be able to communicate effectively via email and over the phone to clients and agents.Work Ethics: Exhibit strong work ethic, time management, completing work accurately and ahead of deadlines.Insurance Support: Need to be computer savvy to work well with AMS CRMs to manage client’s coverages and policies. Update policy coverage, maintaining clients’ records; keeping them UpToDate, take payments, and supporting agents with marketing new/renewal/cross selling business.Customer Care: Resolve billing issues, follow up on client problems, and assisting with claims reporting & follow-ups to final claims settlement with insurance companies on behalf of clients and ensuring first-call resolution, escalating to management when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).Industry Experience: Prior experience in a personal property and casualty agency will be an added advantage.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with agency management systems CRMs.Licensing: Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) P and C and Life and Health Licenses are an added advantage.Skills: Team player with exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
