BPS is seeking an experienced (3+years) Project Engineer responsible for the project coordination support on client's initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Works with department management to secure necessary resources to meet project objectives.Consults and works cross functionally to influence and promote change to deliver the successful execution of projects.Monitors, tracks, and documents project status and identifies opportunities to ensure targets are met.Ensures company documentation related to projects is maintained and updated for compliance with current regulations, standards, and industry best practices.Assist with project status communications, training, and orientation of key stakeholders, as required.Ability to present project status and findings as required to a variety of levels throughout the organization.Position Requirements:
3-5 years of large scale project development in pharmaceutical industries.Background in Capital projects.A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required. Professional Engineer License or cGMP Certification is a plus.Contract knowledge and project phase’s works.Competent in computer skills, including MS Project, Microsoft Office suite and Google platforms.Applicant must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.Demonstrated experience in personnel management and customer service skillsPossess excellent communication and oral skills, in English and Spanish.Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Strong attention to detail.Experience with budget and estimates of capital projects.Capable of writing clear and comprehensive reports.Highly motivated with great organizational, team, and customer service skillsBPS offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive bonus package, BPS is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, gender, age, color, religion, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected factor.
