    We're looking for an On the Road Commercial Service Technician who places an emphasis on creating results for teammates, customers, and the company.

    What You'll Do as an Off-Road Service Technician:

    For tires (functions performed per TIA guidelines):

    Remove, install, rotate, and perform flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires (in shop or at customer location)Safely separate and reassemble tires onto wheels, using specialized equipmentInspect casings for defectsLocate and seal tire punctures (patch and plug)Prepare rims and wheel drums for reassembly by scraping, grinding or sandblastingAbility to work with multi-piece wheel assemblies, inspecting for out-of-service conditions

    Equipment:

    Raise and lower vehicles safely, with hydraulic or floor jacksSafely operate all shop machinery, including but not limited to: safety cage, spreader, balancer, floor jacks or lifts, air powered tools, torque wrench and/or torque sticksOperate boom/hands truck in accordance with all OSHA/TIA/Safety guidelines and regulations

    What boxes you have to check:

    Prior experience with commercial vehicle is preferred.

    Valid driver's license with a safe driving history and Class E endorsement

    Repetitive lifting. Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds

    Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.

    High School Graduate or GED preferred.


    Physical Demands / Work Environment:

    Lifting: Frequent lifting over 50 pounds from ground to chest high.

    Frequent squatting, bending, and twisting.

    What You'll Do as a Store Manager:

    Recruit, coach, develop and retain store team members

    Create raving fans with exceptional customer service

    Provide customers with professional and educated recommendations on tire purchases as well as repair and maintenance needs

    Ability to maintain enthusiasm and be responsive to every customer, on the phone and in the store

    Maintain strong communication between store team members and all support departments

    Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards; parts ordering

    Responsible for all aspects of the P&L including sales, gross margin and expense control

    Maintain current knowledge of changes and additions to our product lines, service and sales techniques and mandated awareness programs

    Adhere to legal guidelines, policies and procedures, including such things as OSHA requirements, price changes, etc.

    Step up to additional responsibilities when needed


    What boxes you have to check:

    2 years of Tire and Auto Services experience

    2 years of management experience

    At least 18 years of age

    Valid driver's license required

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

    Job Summary:


    Safety Director will have a strong experience leading compliance programs and reducing workplace incidents. Skilled in OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations, conducting audits, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Proven ability to develop effective safety training that strengthens safety culture and decreases Workers' Compensation costs.

    What You'll Do:


    Implement OSHA-compliant safety programs, reducing workplace incidents annually.

    Manage DOT driver compliance, including qualification files, physicals, and drug testing.

    Conduct safety audits and hazard inspections at all Best One location, and recommended corrective actions to prevent accidents.

    Monitor and develop both online and in-house training programs, improving safety awareness across all Best One.

    Investigate accidents and prepared OSHA 300 reports, ensuring timely regulatory compliance.

    Integrate safety initiatives with Workers' Compensation strategies, reducing claim frequency

    Perform other related duties as assigned.


    Requirements:

    Your Qualifications:


    Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

    5 years' experience in related fields, establishing, implementing, and evaluating corporate safety programs.

    Knowledge of building management functions, including equipment and processes.

    Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.

    Skilled in communicating health and safety programs to all levels of the organization.

    Capable of effectively interacting with government health and safety regulatory and insurance personnel.

    Proficient in developing, implementing, and evaluating corporate safety programs.

    Able to produce and submit accurate reports to regulators, insurance carriers, and corporate entities in a timely manner.

    Proficient in keeping corporate management informed about health and safety risks. Skilled in communicating health and safety programs to all levels of the organization.

    Capable of effectively interacting with government health and safety regulatory personnel.
