Role Description Berkeley Life is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the systems, processes, and analytics that power our marketing efforts across both B2B (healthcare practitioners) and B2C (consumers/patients). This role is central to how marketing operates and scales—ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, performance is measurable, and marketing is tightly aligned with sales and broader business goals. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational, with experience building and scaling marketing infrastructure and enabling cross-functional teams to perform at a high level. What You'll Do Lead marketing planning and operational execution across practitioner and consumer marketing initiatives Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, integrations) Build scalable processes for campaign execution, lead management, and cross-functional coordination Partner closely with sales to support pipeline development, lead routing, and practitioner outreach Develop dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, practitioner engagement, consumer acquisition, and ROI Use data and insights to drive continuous optimization across marketing programs Collaborate across Sales, Brand, Clinical, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution What You Bring 7+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth operations, or related roles Experience managing marketing tech stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) Strong background in campaign operations, lead management, and marketing analytics Proven ability to partner with sales teams and support pipeline and revenue growth Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and performance reporting Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive alignment across teams Experience in health, CPG, women's health, or adjacent categories is a plus Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your experience, the target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Total compensation may also include bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Annual base salary range (excluding bonus): $80K - $110K Read Less
