About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with strong leadership skills and a background in health, fitness, wellness coaching, exercise science, personal training, sports medicine, or a related field.
This role requires someone who can lead people, support sales, improve retention, and help create an exceptional member experience.
Core Responsibilities
Wellness & Member Experience
Educate members on bone health, strength, recovery, and long-term wellness Lead member retention efforts including holds, cancellations, and re-engagement Deliver a high-touch member experience focused on results and long-term relationships Sales Leadership
Lead consultations and support strong close rates Coach team members on sales, accountability, and daily performance Run daily huddles and help maintain a strong, positive studio culture Operations & Accountability
Help manage daily operations, scheduling, and team workflow Oversee CRM follow-up, lead management, and front desk systems Track KPIs including bookings, close rates, retention, and revenue Ideal Candidate
Previous management or assistant management experience required Background in fitness, wellness, exercise science, personal training, PT, chiropractic, or similar strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and sales confidence Organized, proactive, and results-driven Comfortable managing people, operations, and member relationshipsAbout Us:
