Position Summary
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for accurately registering and checking out guests, maintaining guest accounts; dispensing information about the hotel and creating an overall atmosphere of service and hospitality with a high level of professionalism.

Position Summary
Assist Room Attendants to provide clean guest rooms, as well as helping to maintain a safe, clean and pleasant environment for guests, visitors and other employees.
