Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferredMinimum 2 years of customer service experience required; previous spa or hospitality experience preferredStrong sales aptitude with the ability to generate revenue and upsell servicesFlexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as neededProficiency in spa booking and management software (e.g., SpaSoft) preferredCurrent CPR certification or ability to obtainWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills with both guests and team membersExperience with retail purchasing and inventory management preferredStrong multitasking ability and attention to detailKnowledge of scheduling, time management, and basic operational logisticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressureHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredDemonstrate ability to maintain a high level of output without sacrificing quality.Able to demonstrate and maintain consistent and efficient performance.Able to accomplish projects in a timely manner.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Able to use general guidelines and references.Demonstrates the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
