Bemana is searching for a Production Foreman in the McKees Rocks, PA area to join the team of a provider of contract terminalling, blending, packaging, and shipping services for oil and chemical producers. This is a M-F 3PM-11:30PM shift.
Position Offers
Salary range: $70,000-$75,000PTO+ paid holidays each yearMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance (majority of premiums covered by employer)401K + company matchResponsibilities
Report project progress to superiorsWork closely with our Plant Management on projectsPlan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a jobEnsure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirementsMonitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlinesProvide direction and schedules to the manufacturing departmentSupervise and work alongside Union MembersSolve disputes between workersEnsure that a project is adequately staffedAssign tasks and plan productions jobs for union workers dailyEnsure that the project is staying on or under budgetHands on with projects and fixing equipment dailyHands on with cleaning and day-to-day production operatingQualifications
High School Diploma or GED requiredHands Mechanical experience requiredProven experience working in a supervisory role in the industry preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSharp production focus with a drive for accurate resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlinesDeep knowledge of the manufacturing industry and processesPerform quality checks on mechanical equipmentApplication Process
