    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to support our Illinois Territory Managers. You will help grow customer relationships, and drive inside sales performance. This role is essential in providing accurate quotes, managing orders, and delivering outstanding customer service to area accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    This role works closely with the Illinois Sales Managers, Branch Manager, and Purchasing to ensure customer needs are met quickly and accurately.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide quotes for products and services to customers Enter and process sales orders and purchase ordersEnsure timely delivery of ordered parts and resolve order issuesSupport Territory Managers with follow-up and customer communicationField incoming calls and route to appropriate team membersRespond to customer inquiries via phone and emailMaintain accurate records and CRM data entryPerform general office duties including filing, scanning, and processing credit card receiptsAssist with inventory coordination and supplier follow-ups as neededProvide spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting as required

    Qualifications

    Crew Laborer / Conveyor Belt Technician

    Overview: The Crew Laborer / Conveyor Belt Technician supports field and shop operations by performing conveyor belt maintenance, repairs, and specialty service work. This role is a hands-on position requiring physical capability, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Employees in this role work as part of a service crew under the direction of a Crew Boss and Service Management.

    Reports To: Crew Boss and respective Service Managers (Surface, Underground, or Specialty).

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform conveyor belt maintenance, repairs, and installations in field and shop environments.Assist with specialty service work, including inspections, troubleshooting, and component replacement.Operate hand tools, power tools, and service equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and site-specific safety standards.Follow job instructions and safety protocols as directed by the Crew Boss and Service Managers.Perform miscellaneous shop and support duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Ability toliftupto50 pounds overhead on a daily basis.Willingness to work in physically demanding environments and varying job site conditions.Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.Mechanical aptitude or prior conveyor belt, industrial maintenance, or field service experience preferred.Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime as required.

    Overview:
    The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. This role leads the financial close process, maintains compliance with U.S. GAAP, and partners closely with the CFO on financial strategy, forecasting, and business initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role within a lean environment requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment. Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation and review of trial balances, journal entries, and supporting schedules.

    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow with proper cutoff, accruals, and revenue/expense recognition.

    Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts, ensuring proper classification and review of significant transactions.

    Oversee account reconciliations and financial analysis, ensuring all balance sheet accounts are supported, and discrepancies are resolved.

    Analyze financial results against budget and prior periods, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership.

    Establish and enforce accounting policies and internal controls in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company standards.

    Lead audit and external reporting activities, serving as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors and ensuring timely and accurate filings.

    Support cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting, including working capital oversight and variance analysis.

    Partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives, including growth planning, financing activities, and system implementations.

    Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while operating as a hands-on finance leader.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

    CPA and/or CMA strongly preferred.

    10+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.

    Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

    Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

    Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite experience preferred.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.


    Remote / Hybrid Work

    This position follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work onsite approximately two days per week. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to support in-office collaboration and business needs.


    Travel Requirements

    Limited travel may be required for audit support, training, or business initiatives.
