We are hiring for a Project Manager that can eventually grow into a Director of Operations. Must have a proven track record of leading others to success, have a minimum of WRT + AMRT Certifications, complete fluency in writing Xactimate estimates, and a solid track record with sales of $50k/month or more. Must also have knowledge on the rebuild/reconstruction side as well - drywall, insulation, texture, painting, etc, and be able to lead a team of 10 to success each day.
$100,000.00 to $120,000.00/year depending on certifications, work performance and ability to hit sales targets. We're looking for someone that's hands on in the field from start to finish with jobs - and someone that can grow into a leadership role on our team as we open new locations. If you're looking to be in an estimator role, or work more from the office - this wouldn't be the right fit. We're looking for someone that likes to run jobs start to finish, and takes pride in showing genuine care and exceeding client expectations.
