Responsibilities of the Caregiver
Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.Completes state required training upon hire and annually.Required Experience
Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.Caregiver / Certified Nurses' Aides, CNA / Home Health Aides, HHA / Personal Care Assistant, PCAMust have a caregiving background.Be at least 18 years of age.Basic computer skills.Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record StatementLIC 503 Health Screening Report.Job Type

Administers and documents medications/treatments as directed by residents’ physician. Documents and reports changes and observations of resident’s needs and preferences. Communicates with the health services team, physicians, other healthcare providers, and responsible parties as needed. Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity. Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year caregiving experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age.Food Handler Certification, First Aid Certification, Caregiver Certification and CPR Certification.Job Type
