What You'll DoRun company provided leads and meet with customers
Evaluate customer needs and recommend HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems and solutions
Perform basic load calculations and system sizing (training provided)
Present options and close sales on projects ranging from $10K$50K+
Process sales agreements and job documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Communicate with customers throughout the sales process
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong close rate
Maintain accurate records using company software and tools
What We're Looking For5+ years of sales experience (HVAC, solar, or construction preferred)
Proven ability to close high ticket sales ($10K$50K+ range)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
