Responsibilities/Requirements:
Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smileTour potential members around the club to sign up for a membershipAnswer phone calls in a professional and energetic mannerExecute all opening/closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothlyHandle member requests and concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgencyMaintain regular and punctual attendanceMaintenance duties up to par.30-minute sweeps around the club: reracking weights and organizing all areasReaching individual sales goals weeklyScheduling personal training sessions on a goal basisQualifications:
Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personableSales Experience 1-2 years +Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-50 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionallyAbility to stand for more than 5 hours.World-class customer service and administrative skillsWorks hard, multi-tasks, and is a problem solverPassion for fitness Read Less
