    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The SAY Counselor/Social Worker provides prevention and early intervention services to middle and high school students in designated SAY School Districts. SAY services are designed to help prevent and reduce the use of alcohol and other drugs and decrease the incidence of other social and mental health problems such as substance use/abuse, teen violence, teen depression/anxiety and suicide.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: The SAY worker will work collaboratively with school principals, school counselors, teachers and other school personnel regarding the social, behavioral, emotional and environmental issues that impact student success.Students can be referred to the SAY worker regarding many teen related issues including but not limited to, alcohol/drugs/vaping, and issues/conflicts with peers, family, or school. The SAY worker will provide prevention strategies to help the student make healthy decisions and refer the student to a higher level of care if needed.The SAY worker will contact parents when necessary and will work with the parent to obtain a release of information so the SAY worker can communicate important information to necessary faculty and staff. The SAY worker will provide pertinent prevention education in the classroom as well as small group sessions for students that will help them learn positive coping tools, active listening skills, effective message sending, self-awareness, decision-making, communication strategies and conflict resolution.The SAY worker will attend parent programs in their school to provide education as well as serve as a resource to schoolwide programs on topics of concern and interest to parents/guardians and school personnel.When needed, the SAY worker will participate in broad, community wide education programs that promote positive adolescent health.The SAY worker will participate in professional trainings at Bellefaire that supports the goals of the program.The SAY worker will maintain timely completion of documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.     POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) Specialist, under the administrative/clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Clinical Services, provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, their families, and/or significant others as needed. He or she works with clients in residential and community settings, and works to provide support - including education and consultation - for parents and/or caregivers, case coordination, and symptom management and monitoring. The TBS Specialist is expected to meet the program's productivity target for billable service each week. Services take place in the office, the home, and the community.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Accept assignment of cases from the supervisor to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services for clients, their families, and/or significant others as neededAccept case assignments - stepping down from a higher level of care - from the clinical supervisor and jointly develop tasks and interventions that implement treatment goals.Provide services to each client in accordance with medical necessity and as outlined in the client's treatment plan.Recognize the significance of the parent and/or caregiver in the client's life and demonstrate the skills to engage the client, primary family, and other supportive adults in the treatment planning process.Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Residential Treatment Program at Bellefaire JCB has a very attractive leadership and clinical role for a full-time Clinical Supervisor. The Program Clinical Supervisor is part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals who are expected to provide clinical expertise and oversight of clients within Residential Treatment. The Program Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing and supervising behavioral health services within an interdisciplinary team focused on providing residential treatment for children. This is a very unique opportunity, even for those with a dependent mental health license, to gain unique professional development in the areas of behavioral health and administration.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, trainings, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination of employees.Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans and coordinate treatment across all treatment professionals by utilizing case management tools, coordinating information and care requirements with other care providers, resolving issues that could affect smooth care progression, and providing education to others regarding the case management process.Provide professional clinical services to Agency clients enrolled in residential treatment, including but not limited to: biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans and reviews, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, consultation, and discharge planning.Coordinate Agency meetings to include treatment team members and adjoining service providers for purposes of client assessment, treatment, and discharge planning. Maintain appropriate relations with other programs as well as other area providers.Monitor delivery of care by completing client rounds, documenting treatment progress, intervening to overcome deviations in the expected treatment plan, reviewing the treatment plan with clients and family in conjunction with the direct care providers, interacting with involved departments to negotiate and expedite services, reporting personnel and performance issues to the unit director, and maintaining ongoing communication with staff regarding the treatment plan and discharge plan.Prepare timely reports and summaries on incidents, treatment progress, fire code regulations, etc. in accordance with established Agency policies and federal, state and local laws.Provide cost and budget management for unit staff and resources.Inspect and manage the unit resources including monitoring potential safety hazards, cleanliness and organization, and ensuring adequate maintenance and supplies consistent with Agency policy and/or procedure.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.Valid Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT required.Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Under the administrative/clinical supervision of the PACT Clinical Supervisor, the Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapist provides Intensive Home Based Treatment to clients and their families.     POSITION SUMMARY:

    Our Summit County office is looking for a full time Therapist to join our Functional Family Therapy (FFT) team. As a clinician on the FFT team, you will be specially trained in this evidence-based model focused on collaborative, integrated in-home treatment services for families with a child or adolescent at risk of or returning from out of home placement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Accept assignment of cases as assigned to provide home or community based FFT services. Provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions to clients. Utilize the FFT model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18. Carry a required caseload as identified per model or Supervisor discretion, providing services anywhere from three to six months. Provide and participate in the following services, including, but not limited to: evaluations and assessments participation in the development of the client's Treatment Service Plan (ITP) crisis work - providing assistance and support in crisis situations support, including education and consultation for families and/or significant others regarding the clients' mental illness family interventions; symptom monitoring and self management of symptoms; assistance in increasing social support skills and networks coordination of necessary evaluations and assessments; coordination of all services identified on the client's ITP necessary follow-up to determine if services have adequately met the needs of the client access to resources in the community Work a flexible workweek and provides evening and weekend on-call coverage on a rotating basis. Maintain and keep all required trainings, certifications and licensure current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.     POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Monarch School is looking for an Supervisory Occupational Therapist, OTR/L within a special education private school setting designed for children on the autism spectrum. The position is full time focusing on providing direct services, completing evaluations while utilizing standardized testing, evaluating sensory systems and providing sensory supports while educating academic team and parents and supervising certified occupational therapy assistants. This position allows you to serve as part of an interdisciplinary team and within a large Occupational Therapy team which provides knowledge, ongoing education, team support and continued professional development.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Supervise, assign and responsibly direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.Evaluate the performance of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, including issuing disciplinary action as appropriate, and complete the annual performance evaluations for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.Participate and make recommendations in the hiring, disciplinary and discharge processes for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants on the team and participate in the adjustment of any grievance filed by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.Complete evaluations and recommendations for children with autism.Complete evaluations for the purpose of the IEP/ISP and attend and present at the meetings.Complete evaluations for the purpose of the ETR and attend and present at the meetings.Administer diagnostic assessments (formal and informal evaluations) to children with autism.Collect data electronically and through daily notes.Ensure your department supervisor reads and provides feedback to the documents prior to it being placed in official document.As necessary, utilize Safety Care procedures, including at a minimum, make use of the necessary Two-Person Stability Hold.Develop sensory recommendations and interventions to be utilized throughout the student's day.Provide feedback, develop and implement supports as it relates to occupational therapy to the family on various issues that are discussed.Provide consultation and training to interdisciplinary team regarding Occupational Therapy needs of children with autism.Provide in-class observation and consultation of Monarch School students.Provide direct therapy to children with autism on a one-to-one and small group basis.Attend and participate in occupational therapy meetings.Educate self on research and new treatment techniques within occupational therapy field on ongoing basis.Contribute and support Occupational therapy team in extra projects, such as, presenting at conferences, plan field day, educate interdisciplinary team members on the importance of sensory supports and communicate with team and families. OTHER DUTIES: Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned by management.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Candidate must possess Ohio license in Occupational Therapy and currently registered with Ohio Department of Education.

    BENEFITS AND SALARY:
    Salary range is $65,200 - $73,800 for first year (salary plus $5,000 sign on bonus), depending on relevant education, experience, and licensure. This is a 10 month position.

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Behavior Department Supervisor, or BCBA Supervisor, is responsible for the training and supervising of Trainees (individuals who are pursuing their certification in behavior analysis) or those certified through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB ) such as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In addition, the BCBA Supervisor will manage a caseload of students and is responsible for conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and developing, monitoring and managing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans for the assigned caseload of Monarch students.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    Provide clinical supervision to the Behavior Department and staff including observation of Trainees in accordance with supervision requirements (5% of monthly hours for RBTs, scheduled hours with Trainees)Provide administrative and clinical supervision to 3-4 staff members including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employeesEvaluate and provide performance feedback to Trainees and RBT.     POSITION SUMMARY
    Our Medina County office is looking for a full time Therapist to join our IHBT - Functional Family Therapy (FFT) team. As a clinician on the FFT team, you will be specially trained in this evidence-based model focused on collaborative, integrated in-home treatment services for families with a child or adolescent at risk of or returning from out of home placement.
