    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.     Skills & Qualifications:

    Strong communication and sales skills—you're comfortable recommending services to meet client needs.Customer service oriented with an ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity.

    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

    Must regularly use hands, arms, and voice for various tasks and client interactions.Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential spaces, with frequent physical activity.
