Job Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs.Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues.Complete repairs and services per manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.Communicate effectively with service advisors to clearly explain diagnoses, recommend necessary repairs, and accurately estimate completion times.Document all work performed using the dealership's repair order system.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaStay current with the latest automotive technologies and participate in training and certification programs.Utilize manufacturer-provided diagnostic tools and equipment with proficiency.Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.Test drive vehicles to confirm proper operation and quality repairs.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of an accredited automotive technology program is preferredMinimum of 2-5 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop settingASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training strongly preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredProven experience with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle systemsFamiliarity with dealership service software and diagnostic tools is a plus.Toyota or Lexus experience is a plusWhat We Offer:
