Digital Platform Management
Oversee and maintain a range of digital properties, including two websites, podcast, and social media.Collaborate with program teams to enhance usability, content expansion, and overall customer promotion of our new parenting app, including helping to integrate our social emotional learning assets. Ensure all digital experiences are optimized for performance, usability, and brand consistency.Social Media & Content Execution
Collaborating with all program teams, plan, create, and manage multi-channel social media strategy and posting, with the support of our Marketing & Design Coordinator.Develop engaging, mission-aligned content including short-form video and storytelling assets.Monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance insights.Grow audience across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Podcast & Multimedia Development

Manage web developers to ensure timely updates on all pages, carousels, and pop-ups, while honing ability to build pages internally and execute WordPress / Elementor changes as needed. Ensure website is an integral part of the overall customer experience, optimizing conversion pathways from visitors to loyal clients.Implement SEO and AIO (AI optimization) best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic, while keeping track of evolving trends.Conduct keyword research and optimize content for conversion performance.Digital Advertising & Growth

Provides family peer support services to parents with children that have behavioral health challenges and/or mental health diagnosis within the school system who are in need of support in navigating various systems. Supports families within the school system with resource connection, mentoring and coaching.
Primary conduit for referrals to Behavioral Health through sharing lived/shared experience. Builds and fosters relationships with parents and caregivers to reduce stigmas associated with mental health, behavioral health and treatment services.Completes needs assessments for families and provides resource connection (food, housing, transportation, etc.)Conducts parent outreach activities within the school and communities, including home visitation for hard-to-reach families. Responsible for delivering The Character Effect™ program to school populations (teachers, administration, students, parents). This includes:
Working with appropriate school/partner staff to coordinate full model program implementation including but not limited to scheduling professional developments, group and individual coaching, family engagement events, and Social Emotional Learning data collection. Using strengths of Social Intelligence, Perseverance, and Bravery to build positive relationships with school staff. Employing evidence-based coaching practices (powerful questions, mindful listening, etc.) in one-on-one and group coaching with teachers. Informally observing teachers and modeling lessons, ultimately using these as opportunities to build rapport and offer support in program implementation. Facilitating workshops and prevention groups with students ranging in age from Prek to high school. Applying adult learning theories to the development and facilitation of Professional Development workshops. Staff will provide structured, goal-oriented, and time-limited Family Centered Treatment® (FCT) in the natural environment to families who need assistance recovering from a variety of issues, including but not limited to mental health needs, substance abuse, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, and neglect. FCT® will be provided to children and families as an alternative to other services, including residential placement, Intensive In Home, and Multi-systemic Therapy. FCT Specialists must complete an intensive training program and work with some of the most challenging and complex client systems. FCT Specialists are required to work with the entire family system and address problematic Areas of Family Functioning as outlined in the FCT Model.FCT Staff will also provide the following therapeutic services:Crisis intakeAssessment of needs through the comprehensive Family Centered Evaluation Process FCT InterventionsMonitoring of family/parental progressAfter-care linkage and follow-up Development of short and long-term family goals with measurable outcomes.Attend and participate in Child and Family Team Meetings Attend weekly (more or less, depending on the Specialist’s developmental needs, case complexity, etc.) case review supervision. Provide thorough documentation, including treatment plans, FCT fidelity documentation, progress notes, monthly reports, and assessments. Testify in court as subpoenaed or requested.The FCT Specialist will provide Family Center Treatment to families and guide them through the four phases of treatment in a timely manner. The FCT Specialist will complete and maintain all program fidelity documents in a timely manner. Family Centered Treatment is a comprehensive treatment program that requires FCT Specialists to make at a minimum two, multi-hour face-to-face sessions per week with each family system except for titration at discharge. Each FCT Specialist will maintain a case load of an average of five FCT-referred families. A FCT Specialist works a schedule that is flexible and able to meet the needs of each family they serve. This will often require meeting in the evenings and on the weekend. The FCT Specialist is a member of a team that meets weekly. Participation in team meetings is mandatory and requires the FCT Specialist to serve as facilitator and recorder on a rotating basis. The FCT Specialist will present cases to the team using the MIGS format on a rotating basis.May assist with training as requested by management.May assist/complete other projects/duties as requested by management.Required Training for the Provision of FCT Services-The FCT Specialist will complete the Wheels of Change online training course within 8 weeks of hire In addition to the online-based training and required readings, the certification process requires Field Certification: the videotaped or observed demonstration of competencies in the field with real clients. FCT staff should be fully FCT Certified (completed the online training program and field-based competencies) within 6-9 months of hire. Any FCT staff not certified within 12 months of hire risks their employment being terminated. Once certified, the FCT Specialist will complete all activities necessary to maintain certification from FCTF, including recertification every two years.Compliance
Maintains regular contact with stakeholders involved in client caseload to ensure communication about program participation and progress to goals to support client’s success.Maintain 50% of work hours in direct contact with parents and caregivers participating in the program and assigned to caseload. Monitor client engagement in services and communication gaps and methods for re-engagement. Conducts assessments with outcome tools to understand needs and support identifying and achieving goals.Complete documentation promptly, accurately, consistently, and according to agency contractual agreements and COA standards.This role is office, and community-based and requires frequent travel throughout the community to support program recruitment, events, and outreach. Office responsibilities may be a mix of hybrid (in-person, online). Working outside of standard office hours, including evenings and weekends, is also required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field and at least two years' experience working with children and families or an advanced degree in Social Work or comparable human service field.Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.Knowledge of community resources.Knowledge of child & adult development. Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.Ability to make judgment calls and quick decisions in crisis situations.Strong oral and written communications.
