We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively move cases forward while delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from start to resolutionAct as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clientsMaintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and treatmentCoordinate medical care and follow up with providersOrder, organize, and review medical records and billingInvestigate liability and gather supporting documentationCommunicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and settlementPrepare and draft settlement demand packagesTrack deadlines and ensure timely progression of each caseMaintain accurate and organized case files within the firm’s systemThe ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple cases efficiently without sacrificing quality or client experience.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full caseload from filing through trial. You must have strong knowledge of California court rules, procedures, and deadlines, along with hands-on litigation experience including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution.Handle all phases of litigation, including law and motion, written discovery, and court appearances.Conduct and defend lay and expert depositions.Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and other court filings.Develop case strategies and oversee trial preparation.Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.Strong understanding of court deadlines, rules, and procedures.Proven experience with depositions, law and motion practice, and trial preparation.Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation & Benefits
