This role works closely with the Director of Nursing, medical providers, residents, and families to coordinate care, support staff development, and promote positive clinical outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and support nursing staff on all shifts.

    Ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulatory requirements.

    Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

    Conduct resident rounds, review clinical records, and follow up on care concerns.

    Participate in care planning, clinical meetings, and provider rounds.

    Investigate and resolve resident, family, and staff concerns.

    Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

    Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.

    Qualifications:
