Beatriz Ball is looking for a Customer Service Sales Associate who will play a key role in our wholesale and direct to consumer gift and tabletop division by supporting our nationwide sales reps, retailers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, energetic Warehouse Order Picker to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and staging orders to meet daily shipping goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment, demonstrates exceptional accuracy, and can consistently hit our operational target of 5,000 to 6,500 pieces picked per week.
Key Responsibilities
Locate and pick handcrafted goods according to digital or printed pick lists.Maintain a high-volume workflow, consistently achieving the weekly target of 5,000–6,500 pieces.Inspect items during picking to ensure zero damage and correct product specifications.Transport picked items safely to packing stations using hand trucks, carts, or order picking equipment.Assist with cycle counts, inventory auditing, and restocking picking bins.Keep aisles, packing areas, and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.Collaborate with warehouse leads and shipping staff to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in order picking, packing, or general warehouse work preferred.Proven ability to meet strict performance metrics and volume targets.High attention to detail and accurate SKU identification.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude.What We Offer
