Pay
$3,000 per month base
Commission on every deal you close
Most reps with a decent close rate hit six figures
The role
You’ll meet with homeowners who requested an appointment. You’ll walk them through options, keep it simple, help them choose what fits, and ask for the business. No weird pressure tactics. Just clear communication, confidence, and follow through.

Customer Service & Appointment Coordinator
Bear Windows is looking for a highly organized, extremely responsive Customer Service & Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
This is NOT a typical receptionist position.
This is a high-energy, multi-tasking role where your primary responsibility is converting incoming leads into scheduled appointments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls
Making outbound calls to homeowners who have requested information
Responding to leads within minutes of submission
Scheduling appointments for our sales team
Managing conversations through phone, text, email, and CRM platforms simultaneously
Following up with leads who have not yet scheduled
Confirming upcoming appointments
Updating customer records and notes accurately
Coordinating with sales representatives and office staff
Delivering a world-class customer experience on every interaction
What Success Looks Like
The ideal candidate understands that speed matters.
When a lead comes in, you respond immediately.
You can comfortably manage multiple conversations across different platforms while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
You are naturally organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
Exceptional phone communication skills
Strong typing and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple software platforms simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems preferred
