You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and fulfillment operations and will support day-to-day execution across purchasing, logistics, and order management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Finance teams, owning core transactional workflows and execution follow-through across vendors, 3PLs, and retail partners. What You’ll Do Create and manage purchase orders and vendor confirmations Book and coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments Partner with 3PL and fulfillment teams to set up and release retail, Tiktok, Amazon, wholesale and DTC shipments Monitor backorders and inventory availability to ensure daily order fulfillment Maintain operational trackers and reconcile shipment, order, and PO data Who You Are 1–4 years of professional experience (operations, supply chain, logistics, finance ops, or similar) Extremely detail oriented and process driven Strong work ethic and comfort in fast-paced startup environments High ownership mindset and follow-through Comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously Strong Excel and data analytics skills Clear written and verbal communication Willingness to learn systems quickly and take direct feedback Location
